An interesting experience eating tapas here. I ordered a selection but I should probably have made sure what I was getting! I ended up with mussels which were delicious, some sort of tripe (probably pig's) in a sauce, deep fried sliced pig's ears and deep fried sliced pig's snouts. The latter 3 were not what I expected in any way, but I ate some of each. If you like that sort of thing they were probably great! This restaurant had loads of trophies on display for original Tapas. The barmaid/waitress was great! We had a good laugh with her and she spoke reasonable English having previously worked in Liverpool for 3 months.

I didn't particularly like the soup starter I chose. My husband was happy with his. We both liked the main courses, and the flan for dessert was lovely. The waitresses were very pleasant. The atmosphere very 'everyday' Spanish, which we liked. The bar downstairs looked interesting tapas-wise. We wanted to try the menu del dia @15e, upstairs.

Good, friendly service and a free tapas with the beer (neither of which we’d experienced in the previous 2 bars we’ve visited in this town).
